Why We Built This Site
Grant County has no single public warrant database. Useful information is divided among Search ARCourts, Grant County District Court, the Grant County Circuit Clerk, and the Grant County Sheriff. This site organizes those public routes so residents can identify the office that holds a case, understand basic warrant terms, and confirm current status with the correct official source.
What You Will Find Here
The site describes Grant County bench, arrest, traffic, active, and city-court warrants. It also explains how the 33rd District Court structure differs from Grant County Circuit Court in the 7th Judicial Circuit.
- Links to official Arkansas court-search and payment resources
- Local clerk, court, and sheriff contact routes
- Plain-language definitions for warrant records
- Steps for checking and confirming a person's own case
- Access limits for sealed and juvenile records
What We Cannot Do
We do not issue, serve, recall, or clear warrants. We do not host official court records or access restricted ACIC or NCIC data. Only the issuing court can change a warrant order, and only the responsible court or sheriff can confirm current status. Nothing here is legal advice. A licensed Arkansas attorney can advise on surrender, bond, motions, or case strategy.
Search Partners
Some pages contain a search tool supplied by an outside provider. The provider controls its results, prices, and data practices. Those results are not Grant County court or sheriff confirmations and may be incomplete, outdated, or mismatched. Review the provider's terms and verify all warrant information with the issuing court or Grant County Sheriff.
